We are extremely convinced that healthy agriculture that respects the environment and does not distort the plants can generate the best expression of terroir. Also for this reason, since 2002 we have fully embraced the organic philosophy.
The vineyards are cultivated according to the teachings of grandfather Giuseppe, respecting lunar phases and ancient conservative techniques for pruning, following the delicate natural balance of the biological cycles of plants.
No fertilizer or chemical fertilizer. We only sow field beans which naturally enrich the soil with organic matter through green manure.
In the cellar, with modern temperature control techniques, we monitor the progress of fermentation, accompanying our wines from the vine to the barrique, where they will mature over time.
Love for our land
Before each harvest we select the best plots. The harvest is manual with small baskets, so the grapes reach the nearby cellar intact while retaining their peculiarities.
Our wines are thus the natural expression of the earth. We have only the task of transforming and conserving not ruining what Mother Nature offers.
